How much is required to book my reservation? When is my final payment due?
At the time of booking, we require 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payments accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Plus checks.
Will I receive a receipt after payment?
Yes. After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email showing your payment amount, your remaining balance (if applicable), and your final payment due date.
As a courtesy, we also send final payment reminder emails before your balance is due.
What is a Damage Waiver?
Our Accidental Damage Protection helps protect guests from the cost of unintentional damage that may occur to the vacation rental during their stay.
Coverage includes accidental damage up to $1,000. This protection is intended for unforeseen accidents and does not cover intentional damage, negligence, theft, or excessive cleaning costs.
If accidental damage occurs during your stay, please notify our office as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Do you offer travel insurance?
At this time, we do not offer travel insurance. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance through a third-party provider to help protect their trip from unexpected events, such as illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What time is check-in and check-out? What if I arrive after office hours?
Our office is located at 2810 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931. This is where you'll check in and pick up the keys & parking pass for your vacation rental.

Arriving after office hours?
No problem! If you'll be arriving after 4:00 PM, please refer to the Late Arrival Instructions that are emailed to you 3 days prior to your arrival. These instructions will provide everything you need for a smooth check-in.

Are beach chairs included in every rental? Do you provide beach towels?
Yes! Our owners provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Please note that the number and style of beach items may vary by property. We ask that you treat these items with care and return them to the unit before your departure so future guests can enjoy them as well.
