We are located in the desirable mid-island area, within walking distance of the landmark Times Square/downtown area for access to entertainment, restaurants, and other beach activities as well as close access to both the public library and Bay Oaks Recreational area. As a premier condominium property on Fort Myers Beach, you can also enjoy a number of on property amenities which includes umbrella-shaded cabanas in our private beach area (during season, available for rental), our large, fenced pool area surrounded by our expansive pool deck furnished with loungers and umbrella shaded tables.
